Self Development Workshops
When working with children and teenagers dramatherapy draws from their interests to ​make appealing sessions . Using their passion about music or characters, whether real or imaginary, therapeutic work is carried out in the form of improvisations, role exercises and drama games inviting reflection, self-awareness and development.

1 to 1 or group therapeutic intervention for children and teenagersThe range of issues include the ones listed above as well as more serious conditions like clinical depression and anxiety, incipient personality disorders, extreme antisocial behaviour, harming sexual behaviour, self-harming , bereavement, etc.
The number of participants in group therapy ranges from three up to six.

Using dramatherapy and other artistic ways of expression these workshops focus on areas of development for children and teenagers, helping them to reflect on their needs and conflicts, find possible solutions and try them in the session, so that they feel confident enough to take them out into their normal life.​ Thematic workshops can take up to 10 participants,
Experiential workshops ​for teachers on a range of topics: behaviour management, effective classroom organisation, dealing with challengin behaviour, working with anxiety and pressure in an educational environment, etc.
I created these workshops combining my years of experience teaching and acting with my qualifications in teaching and therapy.
Using dramatherapy techniques, individual and group therapy is carried out in order to deal with a range of mental health issues and disorders. Each session adapts to the participants' current needs. Click here to look at some of the issues that dramatherapy can help with.

Individual therapy sessions are one hour long, a group therapy sessions can be one or two hours. The number of group therapy participants ranges from three to seven people.
Specific workshops focusing on areas of development are devised to give an opportunity to the participants to work on their issues. The workshops adapts to the clients needs. Some examples are cultural and/or gender identity, displacement, addiction, refugees, relationships, domestic violence, oppression, anxiety, stress, etc.
